What I collect

When you book a call or email me, I collect your name, work email, company and anything you choose to tell me. Bookings are handled by Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.

How I use it

Only to reply to you, run the call you booked, and prepare a proposal if you ask for one. I do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Client engagement data

During a review I work with your cost exports and related information. I pull or use these exports only with your written permission, keep them in a dedicated folder for your engagement only, and delete or archive them on the schedule stated in your proposal. Where AI tools assist analysis, they are used under terms that do not train on your data, and identifiers are removed where the analysis allows. I never name a client publicly without written consent.
